About the Foundation
Our Mission
Founded in 2022 in response to the growing need of affordable mental health care the foundation’s mission is to invest in human capital by providing financial aid to master and doctoral level students aspiring to become licensed mental health care professionals. By alleviating the burden of student debt the foundation is creating new avenues into the field of mental health while promoting a future of affordable access to care.

Meet the Board
Christopher S. Taylor, Ph.D. LPC-S, author of My Digital Practice, host of the For Self-Examination podcast, founder of Taylor Counseling Group, Texas Mental Health Solutions, the Counseling for the Future Foundation and co-founder of the Empifany App is an adjunct professor of counseling ethics at Dallas Theological Seminary and Amberton University.

Matt Robinson is President of Manufacturer’s Transportation, Inc, a third party logistics company that specializes in brokerage and consulting to optimize supply chain efficiency. Matt serves as an integral part of a fourth generation family legacy in the transportation industry with trucking roots dating back to 1929. The family has served as a constant source of reliability while leading progress in a rapidly changing landscape. Matt excels in creating meaningful, authentic connections with people and has an excellent track record in business development and company leadership. Married to his high school sweetheart and father of two beautiful children, Matt also leads a group of volunteers into addiction treatment facilities several times a month in a mission to inspire patients to live healthy and fulfilling lives.

Parimal is a serial entrepreneur and operating executive. He has a demonstrated track record of driving scalable growth, leading mid-market transactions, optimizing cost structures, raising capital and creating innovative solutions for complex business challenges. He is also a Principal at Kinequity Group, an investment firm focused on early-stage and mid-market organizations.
Learn. Teach. Pay it Forward. At his core, Parimal’s take on life is to “pay it forward”, noting that his goals are tied to ensuring others can achieve their goals. Outside of his daily business and community responsibilities, Parimal enjoys spending quality time with his supportive wife and his energetic son.
Parimal Patel
Chaz Guinn serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Revolve Capital and is responsible for driving forward the strategic vision of the company. Since 2008, Chaz has built and developed multiple real estate investment firms. Having acquired over 10,000 Single-Family homes directly from Tier 1 banks, Investment Banks, GSE’s, and Servicers, Chaz is a market-maker in bringing Institutional and Wall Street investments to Main Street investors. REVOLVE is a privately held real estate investment firm Head Quartered in Irving TX. They specialize in the purchase, management, and sale of 1st lien Non-Performing, REO, and Re-Performing Mortgage Debt all backed by Single Family homes across the U.S. Since 2018, Revolve Capital has remained at the forefront of the U.S. secondary mortgage market, and to-date has purchased over 1,000 homes. Chaz earned a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
In 2021, Chaz moved to Dallas, TX with his wife and their two young boys. He is one of the founding members of the Bobcat Collective, and NIL initiative aimed at providing additional scholarships to both out-of-state and walk-on athletes.
